25 Year Limited Warranty

 

Effective 1/1/2024

 D & D Renovations, LLC, dba as D & D Seamless Gutters, warranties seamless gutter installations for a period of 25 year from the date of install. This warranty covers:

​

 

Material durability:

​

• Guarantee against defects in the materials used in the gutter system. This includes the gutter coil, hangars, end caps, downspout, elbows and other seamless gutter system materials installed by D & D Seamless Gutters.

• Guarantee against premature rusting, corrosion, or deterioration of the gutter materials.

 

Workmanship Warranty

​

• Guarantee against leaks from the corners or endcaps of the gutter system.

• Guarantee against workmanship in the manner that downspouts are constructed and attached to the building.

• Guarantee to remain fastened to the building as long as proper precautions and recommendations are followed regarding gutter size, leaf guards, snow bars and gutters can fasten directly to fascia made of 2x lumber in sound condition.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by severe acts of nature, lack of routine maintenance, damage by others, or if a part of the system is removed and reinstalled by anyone besides D & D Seamless Gutters.

Any issues during the warranty period must be brought to the attention of D & D Seamless Gutters so we may assess problem and cause and perform necessary repairs.
